The hot topic on teacher boards is the dismantling of of the DoEd. As a special education teacher, it makes me very sad that SO MANY teachers (even special education teachers) support it. It seems a lot of teachers really have no clue besides what they hear on Fox News.

My kid sent me this. It’s now a reality for all Indiana state colleges/universities as the attack on all things involving diversity, equity and inclusion continues, erased from college campuses across the state.

I thought I’d give Morning Joe another chance for at least a few minutes yesterday, that was a mistake. I turned it on and their story was the Trumps going to church. Normalizing this evil man again. I am shocked with the Trumps, Cong. Republicans and all the Tech Bros, the church is still standing.

Went on the Penzeys Spices website to stock up as they’re having a “Pre Trump” sale. I thought about when VP Harris visited one during the campaign, and how joyful all the customers were and how gracious the VP was. It made me shed a small tear of what could have been.
