It's crazy to see the downwards spiral of the AAA games industry. There's a few pillars still standing, but damn.. I miss the PS3/X360 generation.

Yeah, I can see that. Even with something that was notable back in the day, but still a bit niche the Okami 2 announcement. Which didn't hit as hard as I thought it would. And reading a lot of "who?" and "what?" in stream chats.

Interesting. I do like these unexpected "holy shit" surprises. So would you say it's on the level of "Fate of the Old Republic"? Like hype wise? There are a lot of dormant and/or forgotten franchises that I could see make a big return. So it depends if this hypes up Gen Z or older gens like us.

I remember someone copying the diskettes with the game for me and then later finding this beautiful CD-ROM edition. One of my favorite Star Wars games. Maybe one day I'll find a original big box edition for a descent price somewhere.

"Trespasser". An unfinished mess and hardly playable at release. All due to pressure from the publisher, where the developer never got to finish their vision. But you can sense the ambition, the new technology used that was ahead of it's time with an authentic feeling environment and presentation.

It is multi-player, but you're not constantly engaging with other players, especially not on the bigger maps. And as a solo many (not all) people are friendly, just doing quests or they might even help you. It's also quite immersive for a PVPVE game, with a well designed world and good atmosphere.
