DOJ relies on the claim that California’s redraw was motivated primarily by race. The Supreme Court just framed it as openly and indisputably partisan — and under precedent, partisan gerrymandering is not something federal courts can review.
Last year, under President Joseph R. Biden Jr., 63 percent of those arrested by ICE had a criminal conviction, and 24 percent had pending criminal charges.
In sick contrast, under Trump regime, in the 5 targeted states & DC, a majority of the people detained by ICE this year had NO criminal record.

Also I note you do not address your attempt at false equivalency but instead side-step that critique. Again, not a good look. That said, the impact of ICE brutality on even just one person let alone their extended family and those that witness the brutality shocks the conscience. What would Jesus do
