Last I heard, Yarvin lived in Alameda, across from Oakland. The tainted biodiesel would have to power AC Transit buses. Also, many Muni routes are powered by electric trolley lines. The juice to power them comes from the dam that is the base of SF's water system, that serves the Peninsula as well.
