Is New Zealand in Europe? Did I miss something? I don’t remember that being where New Zealand was when I played RISK

2/2 …you are creating more competitive seats in a bad political environment for the GOP.

Plus, as GOP states take action, Dem states are responding in kind. In a neutral year, this might be a wash. In a wave year against your own party (GOP) it’s self sabotage

Because there is an element of extreme political stupidity in the GOPs effort. All indications are that the GOP are headed into the midterms facing gale force headwinds. And you can only expand maps this way by weakening the strongest GOP districts to create new opportunities. In other words, 1/2

I think a point you made in a prior post was correct. I think Kamala has a lot of political potential that she hasn’t been able to harness because she seems afraid to articulate her positions. She’s so fearful of offending that she does not inspire.

If she can figure it out, she could break out

What we are seeing nationally, with clear consistency, is that the GOP are on course for an epic wipeout in ‘26 on par with what Dems experienced in 1994.

The GOPs launching their gerrymandering campaign in Texas has increased their risk, as they weaken safe districts at the worst possible time.
