The Bronx should feel like home—for all of us.

A place we can afford. Breathe easy. Build our future.

Rafael Salamanca is running to make that Bronx real. For all of us.

After Donald Trump’s wave of discriminatory executive orders, Prop 1 stands as one of NYC’s proudest moments—cementing equal rights into our constitution and setting a powerful example. #EmpireState #Prop1

A TikTok ban would erase over $1.3 billion in small business revenue in just one month. Short-form digital media levels the playing field for business promotion, giving small businesses a chance to compete against corporate giants typically dominating the space.

It’s wild that saying 9-to-5 workers should afford basic necessities like housing, food, and healthcare is seen as ‘radical.’ This shift in priorities from people to profits is at the heart of so many of our problems. It’s time to realign with fairness and dignity for all.

Interesting to see MAGA blow up over broken promises and insulting languages by Elon Musk and Vivek regarding the capabilities of Americans.

Despite it all the solution is not anti-immigration fervor. It’s finally investing in public schools to ensure our kids are equipped to tackle the problems

This Christmas, let’s reflect on the power of goodwill, faith, and community. Change starts when we uplift each other, building from the ground up. Together, we can create stronger neighborhoods and a brighter, kinder future. Wishing you a season of love and hope. #CommunityMatters #FaithInAction

Drones are fascinating technology, but let’s not forget the real issue: healthcare insurance companies still stand between too many people and the care they deserve. Priorities matter. #HealthcareForAll

Political violence must always be condemned. Period. No ‘but,’ no matter who commits it. Millions face daily violence when basic needs go unmet—healthcare disparities, housing, and greed. People need real change. Our politics must focus on solutions that deliver justice for everybody.

Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) are among the most destructive forces undermining small, independent pharmacies in the Bronx. Their practices empower monopolies like CVS and Walgreens, squeezing out competition and driving up prescription costs for consumers.
Wall Street investor @RobSechan expresses disgust with Sen. Elizabeth Warren's proposal to break up major insurance corporations, calling it "opportunistic."

"I view this as very opportunistic for somebody like Elizabeth Warren to try to take advantage of this at this time."

Corporations own millions of homes, driving up rents and leaving properties empty, while 16 million vacant houses sit unused—28 for every homeless person. This isn’t a housing crisis; it’s a greed crisis.

When we lose access to housing, we lose the keys to our neighborhoods, our roots, our connections, and our future. We must protect affordable housing to ensure every Bronxite has the chance to build a better life.

I’ve seen several “Thank God’s” regarding Daniel Penny’s acquittal.

Let’s be absolutely clear: Jordan Neely was not just failed—he was murdered. His life was shamelessly stolen, not only by the man who took it but by a system that discarded him as though he was nothing.
