By banning TikTok, we’re not just targeting a platform—we’re cutting off an essential tool for small businesses to reach customers affordably and creatively. Instead of stifling innovation, we should focus on empowering entrepreneurs and protecting digital spaces.

Of tomorrow and taking on the exploitation of college degrees by finally treating higher education as a vital investment into the national security of our nation. Every American should be entitled to a college education free of debt and free of charge.

“We” refers to anyone who cares about policies that help working families and lift kids out of poverty. It’s frustrating to see people in power ignore that responsibility.

Are we surprised? They both fought against child tax credit expansion which would have cut childhood poverty in half. They’re not for anyone but themselves.

Perhaps those rejoicing should sit in silence and confront their hardened hearts. Perhaps they should meet with God, who says:

"Do not rob the poor because they are poor, or crush the afflicted at the gate; for the Lord will plead their cause and rob of life those who rob them." Proverbs 22:22-23

Mental illness is not a crime. Being poor is not a death sentence. God does not look favorably on those who harm the vulnerable and then stand smugly in their righteousness. What happened to Jordan Neely is a stain on all of us, and there is nothing nothing to be thankful for here.

Mental health crises on our trains have become so normalized that the cries for help are met with apathy and fear instead of humanity and action. And now, a man who acted with cruelty, without care or compassion, walks free. This is not justice. This is barbarity.
