I always found it an interesting artistic choice that the Christmas song “Sleigh Ride” makes generous use of whipping sound effects.
I always think of the producer going: “I mean, it’s fine, but it could use more whip cracks. Because Christmas.”

Still thinking about the cafe I was in a few weeks ago where a mother kept telling her daughter to see the movie "My Big Ass" and denied that she was getting the title wrong. A good moment.
