The worst of it... WHY does the US need access to other markets?

Because they overproduce dairy by a metric-fuckton. They basically use socialism to subsidize the US dairy industry because even they can't use all the crappy milk they produce and if they can't dump in on foreigners, the gov pays.

Don’t risk your children’s lives, the vaccine works, this is the reason it WAS eradicated in North America. The vaccine was developed through Science, fyi, when you go to the hospital, the doctors, nurses and practitioners were taught through Science, rejecting vaccines is rejecting Science.
