If you are on a Mac, open the PDF in the Preview app. Then just select the text with your cursor. It now performs OCR on-the-fly.

Not trying to be the well-actually contrarian but I think many (most?) of the corrections are incorrect. Sadly. Because there is so much actually wrong with this shitty letter. (Is this a false flag op?)
