I watched #TheAmericanRevolution by Ken Burns . There was a marathon of it on KCET last night. It’s the best television I’ve seen this year.Some or it is still happening today: Democracy vs. Tyranny. Sounds familiar!

I was fortunate enough to grow up at a time when Johnny Carson, Don Rickles, Bob Hope, Soupy Sales, Rodney Dangerfield and others could get away with a lot. The networks are cowards and helping Trumps Facism!

Well I am lucky to have good employer based healthcare, especially after my surgery and hospital stay last month. I am ready to back work soon. But I am angry for millions of people who rely upon the ACA and Medicaid that will lose their coverage with this Big Ugly bill that passed this morning.

My favorite movie and tv composer #LaloSchifrin passed away today. He was 93. I think I will watch some movies with his music tonight. I grew up listening to a lot of his music both tv and movies.First up, Bullitt, then Cool Hand Luke and Dirty Harry . #LaloSchifrin RIP
