The problem, I saw from the start, was that a first passage of a new amendment has to be BEFORE an election and this was six weeks after that election started. The point is to give ALL voters the choice of responding to the GA.

Best guess would be no- based on the daylight, I think that video is from before I got there. I did not think I got there all that late, but it was already a huge crowd.

I still have the other shovel with a metal edge for that. But today I was able to shovel a path and going around where any ice hard formed.
