I love this. If I won the lottery, at least 50% would go towards rewilding land. #climateaction #speirgorm
A small milestone for Rewild! as we pass the first 100 hectares pledged for rewilding in Ireland!

This is one of my favourite songs, sung by my best friends (including my best man). I love them more than words could say and I hope anyone who follows me here can enjoy their brilliance as much as I do. Paul Brohan, Cheryl Kelly and others. #galway

Support for the European Union within the EU is precarious. It's time to treat Trump like coronavirus, a temporary microscopic infectious agent. Be strong, vigilant and robust. The vaccine for Trump is strength and unity. Give him nothing and watch him wilt. #trump #trumptarrifs #eu #climatechange

This is worrying. Constitutional and EU Law protections for nature and environment are weak and EU Law is being weakened by the day. If the government want public approval for CETA, they should hold a referendum to insert rights for nature and a healthy environment in the constitution.

🚨 Do not believe the government spin that providing for MPAs in amendments to an existing law will be just as effective as a standalone law! 🚨

The Irish government are tying themselves in knots to appease the country most responsible for climate change and who just passed a Bill to pour petrol on the fire. Yes, we need a healthy economy but we won't have one for long if we don't act urgently. It's sickening.

This is complete nonsense. Cocaine users drink more alcohol while using cocaine than they otherwise would. It's astonishing that the people tasked with creating drug and alcohol policy are so incredibly uninformed on these matters.

Taoiseach says there ‘could be link’ between falling alcohol consumption and increased cocaine use
Martin said such a connection ‘would be very worrying’ but there needs to be ‘more scientific analysis’ of the issue.

I don't condone political violence but I can very easily understand it in the context of modern day United States of America.
The most powerful people in that country are among the most evil on the planet. #bigbeautifulbill #trump #vance #usSenate
