And the whole basis of HMRC's claims are false from the accounting benefitting financially from your business services, and influence through choice of bank account, ignoring that "advice" does not mean "influence"

If HMRC try to use the correct calculation they will also want to open an enquiry into your allowable expenses. That enquiry will be unlawful because it is beyonf the 4 year time limit for opening that kind of enquiry.

You should ask HMRC to correct the determination to base it on your income rather than company turnover. They used entirely the wrong method to calculate the amount owed, meaning it was not "best judgement" The legislation allows for changing the amount of a determination but not the methods.

HMRC will not win. See www.linkedin.com/groups/13140...
I reported them to Action Fraud a couple of years ago, but that got nowhere due to lack of corroboration. If any other HMRC victims wish to corroborate to Action Fraud refer to NFRC231006222645

The password from @drewtoothpaste.bsky.social‬ should have included the number 2.
It was also too short and missing puntuation.
A better password meeting common requirements would be along lines of "cock&2" plus one of his original elements.
Some digits at the beginning could make it longer.
