They historically never gave a single solitary fuck for "continuity" in the franchise. It is honestly stupefying that the success of the previous Marvel films has infected films with the singular worst thing about comics - restrictive continuity.

Can you only give whole number ratings? Maybe they felt 2 was too bad. The difference between a 40% and a 60% rating feels quite large. Really on a 1-5 scale 3 could be regarded as 50%, i.e. its average or mediocre, though obviously that breaks down if you convert it to percentage scores.
