It seems like nothing north of the Mason Dixon line is able to get financing at the moment. All the money and people continue flooding into the sunbelt despite the ever increasing prevalence of climate change related extreme weather in those areas.

In an update to the Northwest Indiana RDA’s Strategic Plan this week, the RDA states it intends to explore extensions to the South Shore Line along the West Lake Corridor, including Lowell and Crown Point, and an additional branch to Valpo.
