An example: I have someone in my life that whenever they call me on the phone and I pick it up, I know I'm about to enter a 40 minute unskippable cutscene of them complaining about their life endlessly.

I gave my therapist a new phrase they're gonna use all the time now, so I thought I'd share it.

"Entering an unskippable cutscene" = when someone approaches you, and you know you can't escape the conversation that's about to take place.
