At this point im 82% sure they take coal engines from these and sell them as new destroyers/frigates/carriers

To some degree, navies that have operated in Red sea/Gulf of Oman/Arabian Gulf have had to protect against Iranian boghammers. A lot of ships are fitted with remote control weapons, and manned gatling guns to help deal with large swarms.

They seem to be growing nicely to me

I'm just old enough to remember my parents standing in a lot of lines for food. Every time I see stuff like this, I like adding this graph. Try and convince me how building a country with 1/10th the money was better.
