We could've had a liberal SCOTUS majority rather than the 6-3 conservative majority we'll likely be stuck with for decades & Trump would just be a punchline like Sarah Palin if so many Americans didn't constantly vote against their interest or refuse to vote, especially when a woman's on the ballot.

I am not sure at this point if Dems at the federal level have a better near term strategic option than “let Trump wreck the economy and hope voters blame him for it”. There are more options at the state level but they are really screwed given how the media has lined up behind Trump.

Hamas won't relinquish control over Gaza. And Bibi won't withdraw from Gaza, either – he's under too much pressure from Israel's right-wing extremists.

I think neither side has any intention of going through with this agreement. I just hope some hostages get released before it falls apart.
