for years i've written that trees and density are two great tastes that go great together

but it requires both land use *and* building codes that prioritize this. no US cities have land use that does this well.

I have no problem with media being open about their own values. If your values are progressive, tell us who the best candidate is. Many people don’t follow politics and need that advice from an outlet they trust.

Aren't height limits often a function of fire safety? A 70 ft ladder means you have to limit buildings to 70 ft.

I don't know why people expected any different. Jack founded, VC funded, "it'll be different this time!" but it's almost identical to early Twitter w/ the exact same moderation arguments and results.
