Treat 'em and street 'em. Flood is affirming that there will be no follow-up care in those facilities once the patient is stable. Without further care, many patients will be back in the "ER model" facilities soon. Some will have to travel to cities to be admitted to another hospital. Some will die.

10/10 handling of this. No notes. Everything spelled out. Not every question she declined to answer, but a lot of them, and then drives it home with why those questions should be asked at an oversight hearing.

I'm on my second one. Went from a Soul to an Optima Hybrid (was going to get a Soul but got an incredible deal on the last previous year model on the lot), then back to a Soul. Great car for the price.
