It's such bollocks rhetoric to say it's fair to freeze SL repayment thresholds as graduates "generally benefit from higher earning" when you're also freezing the IC & NICs thresholds which actually applies to those who are higher earning.

While there are individual designs I like more (e.g. the LNER 225s). GWR really nailed something that works across a varied fleet. Simple, classy, letting a bold statement colour speak for itself. Please take notes and don't give us some gaudy and/or overcomplicated rubbish.

Not an easy way to compare like with like, but all British passenger TOCs had an 85% within 3 mins rate. The Germans report 90% punctuality (and a shocking 64% rate for long distance), but that's to a more generous target of 6 minutes.
