I'm rather confused by how things are categorised, does the % of gross pay deducted as part of a standard public sector DB pension schemes count as salary sacrifice and therefore is affected by this cap? Seems it would particularly screw doctors, high-band teachers, police management etc. if so.

Gotta prioritise keeping the triple lock and scrapping the WFP cuts because the people affected didn't vote for us last time, hate our fucking guts, and are definitely voting Reform next time.

Also hard to think of a measure that's more targeted at Labour's actually existing potential voters but hey they don't count we can only appease imaginary voters that exist solely in Morgan McSweeney's head.
