Worst part of working from home isn’t the lack of co-workers around. It’s actually my co-worker around (my wife) constantly telling me new home projects for me to work on while I’m working

A staple of the Doc Rivers era Bucks is a really bad win percentage against bottom of the barrel teams, largely because the stars don’t take those games seriously. An issue neither Bud nor Adrian Griffin had with this team, but a constant issue since Doc took over. Remarkably frustrating

Xmas NBA games > Xmas NFL games

6 of the 10 NBA teams playing on Christmas Day have a worse record than Milwaukee and no player as good as Giannis. The league’s priorities remain out of whack

Listened to the recent Simmons podcast on the eras of “the NBA is in trouble” and then boom eras. Each boom era was slightly different, but seems like the main through line is dynasties/super teams. What if the NBA’s ratings issue is mostly that we don’t have a current dynasty (too much parity)?

So funny that Forbes’ 30 under 30 is actually like 1,230 people. Just fits the scammy vibe of the whole thing that it makes it sound like these people are in some elite group and not 1 in 1,200

It is funny how the NBA Cup doesn’t feel weird and good but in from most people who also are soccer fans, but people who don’t follow soccer are just like wtf is this and why would I care?

I for one am staunchly in the having-more-things-to-compete-for-is-good camp

Seahawks have a good amount of talent but just constantly shoot themselves in the foot. The rare games where they don’t, they look amazing

Using a 2nd round pick on Charbonnet to be a backup RB was such a bad pick. Could’ve used so many other guys that were available there

Seahawks are trash. Enough talent that with a competent o line and good draft next year you could see them being really good. But right now they’re just quite bad

Sixers are 2-10 and Bucks are on a winning streak, so I’m sure national media will keep focusing on Giannis trade ideas
