Dad, lawyer for the good guys, and person for the world's silliest greyhound. In the prisoner's dilemma, I always choose cooperation.
Put it next to the USS Ronald Reagan or the USS Dwight D Eisenhower and it’s a gecko next to a crocodile, no?

If you put that thing next to, say, the USS Iowa, wouldn’t it look like a beagle next to a mastiff?

From the six of the helicopter and helipad in the picture, that’s a destroyer sized ship, right? (you mentioned the Spruance class) Or at best a frigate. Nowhere near battleship sized. And no really big guns. Or am I completely off base?

We do the same (12 and 9 years old now). Always uplifting and surprising to see what they choose.

A friend‘s mom worked in the foster system and one year we chose to donate in that direction and it was meaningful to honor that friend that way.

I have a snakey nightmare
A one-one for one black
And when my snakey mutates
Your little guy gets whacked

Oh, Zagoth, Zagoth, Zagoth
The Mamba who can’t fail
Play him with Pouncing Shoreshark
And then your foes will wail

In any conflict between written law and ethics, perhaps they would say that there is a greater law or principle that supercedes whatever is specifically on the books.

I'm not convinced Zale even really wants a promotion from advocate divine up to solicitor sacrosanct. They already have enough trouble as it is...

That’s the problem—I love Zale. Being a protagonist is HORRIBLE.

When we finally get a commafucking AI tool I can trust to get Dec. and Decl. consistent throughout a brief, maybe then I'll start trusting AI to do literally anything else for me in legal writing.

(I'll still keep the fun and interesting parts of the writing to myself though)
