Not until Taco Tuesday.

Couldn’t spell it yesterday and spell check couldn’t figure out what I was trying to do.

Pretty sure it has more to do with me purchasing some yesterday. What I’m willing to loose/spend for a lil dopamine. Better than sports tho.

Paulson sounds comfortable holding policy “slightly restrictive.” That suggests the bar for near-term cuts remains high unless labor data weakens meaningfully. So I’m not sure we want another rate cut.

I’d argue the way SVB bought long duration treasuries and very little short term was their fault. It’s like someone made the purchase in a Starbucks line from their Robinhood app. (that’s how I make most of my bad trades anyway)

Wow, my boys said 10 out of 10. We haven’t gotten to decimals yet. Impressive .

My 2 boys loved it and I can’t believe the writers got paid for this.

Doubtful Tesal FSD is successful anytime soon. Tesla drivers aren’t even willing to do FSD but will get in a Waymo wo hesitation.

I just put this in ChatGPT. It got long winded, but number 2 was T brain’s first question in danger is not “Am I safe?”
It’s “Is everyone else reacting?”
Humans are deeply social threat-assessors.

That was me. I’ve gotten much much better.

We got Nex Playground. Keeps kids a little active, and isn’t overly stimulating. And not too expensive either

I thought Saturday was Sunday and was getting excited for work on Monday. Only to be let down at 11:30am MST when I checked my Fantasy Football scores.

I would have appreciated the real picture on this one tbh.

Not sure what Lennar CEO is thinking. Admin demonstrated they aren’t serious when they floated that 50 year mortgage.
December 19, 2025 at 1:49 PM
Lennar needs to say the quiet part: remove tariffs.Taxes on lumber, steel, and appliances raise build costs. Wealthy buyers absorb it. First-time buyers can’t. That’s why luxury housing is booming while entry-level homes disappear in metro Phoenix.
December 17, 2025 at 6:55 PM
I’m looking forward to going that’s for sure.

Giving up a sub-3% mortgage isn’t ideal, but letting families carry some of that value to their next home could actually fix mobility + supply issues.
It’d require Congress + major regulatory work. Hard, but doable.

If you award players who cheated then you are penalizing those that didn’t.
