Not only is that what warranties are for, but NOT using the warranty just means they get to treat consumers like shit.

You bought that printer assuming it was fit for purpose for a warranted amount of time. That's not your fault! Also, printer companies are notoriously anti consumer, so F them.

I'd also let anyone know that if you do take your pet in for something bad, you can always push back on estimates, do certain things at a time and then re-evaluate. My last pet got 420ed by a gummy on the sidewalk. Vet wanted to do all sorts of tests before the tox screen just to push $ up

I worked for a vet years ago. Pet insurance doesn't cover breed issues (ie hips in german shepherds). One should save or have a buffer. If you have a few 1000, you're probably good for most bad things. Beyond that, you need to consider Quality of Life & if you are doing it for the pet or yourself

That whole series of videos from TMNT to Spiderman (and his dick fell off) and sonic the hedgehog were 2010s gold.

The more I learn about your kid, the more I believe in the fact that maybe they are a reincarnated Gen Xer.

You won the rock-paper-scissors tournament by throwing 6 scissors in a row?

I did a backstage tour of the Disney Animal Kingdom sunrise safari abt 15 years ago. They had a 'trans' ostrich that had the wrong plumage because of hormones.

If I remember right, you also did work on clarifying Paradigm. I had done this big write up for the site on how to build one because it was the only 'mechanic' to limit people from simply doing anything that fit in the Sphere descriptions.

Sorry they aren't as good as your photos, but people should see!

@punklenix.bsky.social That's the glass you did for us!

Thank you both for working on games I loved playing and for both participating in things that I did. (You in my AP stream and Jesse on my old WoD chat site in the early 00s)

I'm also wondering if posting memes is a form of echolalia too. That could be two criteria right there! :D

There was more off world stuff that the Avatar Storms sort of did away with to focus on Earth. The Technocracy was more bad guy coded, like the agents in the Matrix. Paradigm (as a limiting mechanic) was more nebulous (and abused). Cultural stuff was more stereotypical. So good stuff, bad stuff.

To really ruin darkvision, you have to bring up the old arguments of darkvision vs infravision.

I don't play, but this question seems to be asking people to volunteer their ASD diagnosis. :D

I suppose if you have a dragon hoard, you might get some nice hobbits to come visit you and you can can have tea.

I was trying to frame the selfish part first :D In a powerball/megamillions dream where you get hundreds of millions of dollars (-payout,-taxes), once I was done with those selfish stuff, then I could do nice things.
February 11, 2026 at 6:50 PM
I don't play, but even in my lottery winning dreams, I sort of tap out once I own my own house, maybe a car & truck, maybe small plane or boat. And then enough for some travel (but who am I kidding). Max I can conceivably spend is 5-8 million because a plane can be over 1 and houses now are stupid.
