For those who don't recognize obscure Nazi symbols, this flag is a play on the Nazi war ensign but with a star of David instead of a swastika.

Because this legislation also doesn't have an age limitation, it means no transgender person of any age is allowed to be prescribed GnRHa for any reasons at all based on the wording of this legislation. That's WILD.

It states GnRHa cannot be prescribed for the "treatment of a person" WITH gender incongruence/gender dysphoria - it does not specify the treatment OF gender dysphoria, but the "treatment of a person WITH". So this wording suggests a trans person with prostate cancer for example cannot have a GnRHa!!

Oh 100% there is limitations of access due to funding, licensing etc, and I don't want to minimise that, but funding and licensing restrictions are a different beast to a political medication ban in the case of puberty blockers.

"An authorised prescriber must not prescribe a prescription medicine that is a gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogue for the treatment of a person with—
(a)
gender incongruence; or
(b)
gender dysphoria."

*by "widely used" I suppose I mean internationally used for this purpose

Can you point to the very clear and explicit public statement Labour has made indicating that your party will immediately reverse this ban?

All the services involved up here are doing our best to streamline, luckily ironically some peripheral services involved in getting everything signed off usually slow down over December so they've been more than happy to facilitate faster service turn around.
