Did a first sprint triathlon in Ireland and was amazed by how nice the volunteers were! Small competition so came first in age range❤️. Swimming can be improved though. That’s what I’ll work on for the next one in May! #wannabetriathlete #triathlon

I have been training with the tri club now for a month and I can tell my upper body is more toned! Maybe that’s why I managed to get PB with my half marathon during the weekend? I’ll take it! 💪🏻 #runner #wannabetriathlete

Done! Got my PRP injection for the knee (cartilage problem). If all good I just have to rest for 2-3 days and can resume the exercise so🤞🏻! Hopefully long run on the weekend! 🏃♀️ #runner #runchat #wannabetriathlete

Wondering whether 2 get PRP injection for my knee this week. Which will be no running for 5 days. And I’ll need another PRP 2 weeks later. My next race is 1/3 10M and 30/3 half marathon and want to put 19km run this wkend. Shall I just get it done or postpone to… spring/summer? #runchat #irun

Red Bull's mid-season decision to extend Sergio Perez' contract by 2 years, when he clearly wasn't performing, was a monumental error of management.
They've unnecessarily:
- Denied Perez a respectful send-off.
- Piled even more pressure on his successor.
- Cost themselves a ton of money.

How’s everyone Christmas shopping going? I hope people are buying (if buying new) sustainable products🤞🏻. I have some new products, some gifts I’ve received but never opened and some used (like books) but still very useful for presents. Hope not much rubbish coming out of this! #sustainability

There’s a nice guy who picks up litter locally even it’s a Tidy Town here, and I bumped into him today and he gave one to me! I asked him before where he got it from, but they no longer sell them. What a nice person. I’ll join his force from now on during dog walks! #TidyTown #nolitter #goodhabits
