It has been an exhausting year, but Tuscany recently started engaging again. She's playing, watching birds, and singing her arias, despite still being 90% deaf.
Genuinely didn't think she'd behave the same again after her stroke, but she's making milestones like it's nothing at all.

It's been almost five weeks of sleepless nights, vet ERs, new meds and daunting bills, but it looks like this old lady is through the worst of it.

Really something to watch Worcester City Council continually fight to gut the rental registry, which would have included increased inspections to improve safe living conditions. And then wake up to this.

Old lady has had a rough week but I'm happy to report she's back to her usual cuddly, chaotic self. First time hopping into my lap all week, means she can finally be off pain meds because her GI issue is healing 💙
