U.S. law implores civilians to enforce the law of the land. It's 2nd amendment. If a potentially lethal felony is in process, one is expected to use lethal force to subdue the perpetrator if necessary.
It's not moral, but the legality is questionable, to execute soldiers following illegal orders.

Saying "Trine Uh", "Triner", "Troinea" or "traina" makes absolutely no sense to most people.
But if you say "Try'n'a (tryna)" it's commonly understood to English speakers that you are saying "(Is) Trying To", yet sounds nothing like "an attempt is being made"
