It is nearly 230 am and my brain has not shut off all day... ive got a meeting tomorrow at 10 am but im legit thinking of taking most the day off so I can have a proper menty b. Other than a few things I can plug away at I just need to... have anxiety without performing being fine, ya feel??

I got an a+ in physiotherapy today 💪 I was told I was the best appointment of the day and that I had excellent flexibility and range of motion! He asked if I was in gymnastics or dance or just stretched a lot.. the answer to all is no 😂

Literally the worst thing is that it's only been 10 days and I'm not miraculously healed. And that it's gonna been WEEKS more :(
Injured myself at work while demonstrating how my sister used to pee on the floor as a toddler. Foot slipped and Ia fell into the splits. I cannot do the splits. I did the splits anyway. Heard a pop.. blinding pain. What a dumb way to hurt yourself!!!
