Another point I like to consider is how well do native speakers themselves know the language, like 25% of my daily vocabulary in finnish is not even found in native dictionaries, because it's a gatekept and poorly studied language, it's hard to make material when even native resources are bad...

Cus learning swedish is mandatory in finland there's a ton of content for learning it as well as school courses (mandatory and optional ones), but I noticed most of it is pretty bad at actually teaching swedish and it's rather all just built around how to bottom line all of the mandatory tests
