Using either an AppView that doesn't interact with Bluesky's moderation services or APIs, or a service that skips the AppView, like Red Dwarf. You can visit Link here:

If you try to log into a PDS-banned account via an AppView, it results in a "You are suspended"-esque screen, so basically inaccessible from an AppView. I'm not sure that you can't migrate away from that PDS, though.
minito.dev
Late response here but PDS's have separate moderation tools, so it's possible that an org that hosts both the PDS and AppView could go and ban you on both ends, but it would be a manual process.
minito.dev
Łink’s account is actually still available on the Blacksky PDS, and has added a new post record earlier today. You just can't see it because the people who made the AppView you're using to read this rely on Bluesky's moderation labeler and built their platform ontop of it.
minito.dev
This is because popular AppViews and ATproto projects likely still force you to use Bluesky's moderation labeler, with no option to unsubscribe like other labelers.
rvbdrm.com
So… Łink’s account is permabanned from Bluesky’s appview, but also gets banned from:

WhiteWind
Skylight
Bluescreen
Flashes

Basically all ATproto apps/projects?

WHAT THE HELL IS THE POINT OF THIS PROJECT THEN?

Good article with really good advice on the future of Bluesky and the AT Protocol, who wrote something similar to what I skeeted earlier this week.
azhdarchid.com/jay-graber-c...
You are atproto's 'brand ambassadors', to use something of a greasy phrase, and right now you're telling large numbers of people: atproto isn't for you; it's made by and for people who view you with contempt. What you're going to drive users towards is not alternate decentralized app views, relays, or labelers. You're driving them towards Threads. You're driving them to go back to the fediverse, if they can deal with that. You're driving them to quit social media entirely and retreat into more private forms of online communication.

Officially moved over to my own PDS :)
A screenshot of my account migrated from being hosted on bsky.social to being self-hosted on my new pds, pds.minito.dev.

This was the perfect opportunity to tell bad actors to go and build their own Bluesky if they want to spread bigotry, but instead they put the onus on its own users. At least make an official blogpost stabbing your users in the back instead of vagueposting about the human condition or whatever.
minito.dev
Who's gonna tell Bluesky that people who leave aren't gonna go use a different version on the AT Protocol that they are also building, they're just gonna go to Threads or some shit and chalk Bluesky up as "yet another Twitter". Attempting to go centrist is going to doom Bluesky AND the AT Protocol
minito.dev
If you’re concerned about the recent issues with the bsky team, now’s a great time to read about migrating your data and protecting it from their moderation. Moving your data away from Bluesky is how you hold them, as a company, accountable.

Okay while I'm at it, if you want a better "discover" feed, this is a million times better: bsky.app/profile/spac...

Alternate ATPro instances:
Blacksky: blacksky.community
Northsky: northskysocial.com

I don’t think this is right, Matt Mullenweg is still active on tumblr and is still the CEO of Automattic, which still owns Tumblr.

I have no doubt in my mind that this double and triple counting, along with the parsing errors, means that AI still suffers in real life situations from problems that a human can see is erroneous.

Let's see how the intrepid Elon inspired team at DOGE - the folks who are currently examining your tax records - are doing! Today they put up their their idea of "open data" which they call a "Wall of Receipts". And look here - two cancelled DEIA contracts for $9,999,999. Wow, they saved $20M! 1/
