Tried out the super trendy luna bag from last year and oh man. Wtf were ppl even on abt? Stiff af leather and clunky hardware when set to crossbody. Couldn't even fit a book in there, which was the dealbreaker

I recently thrifted a beautiful 100% wool skirt for very cheap. The only blemish it had was three small brownish stains in the front. I kind of assumed they had to be difficult to get out for someone to leave em there and sell the garment. Fucking nope? A dap of water and dish soap and they was gone

I'm reading this batfam fic that is like CRIMINALLY underrated. Like seriously almost 200k words of tooth-rotting fluff and a generous helping of hurt/comfort... and the mc is the fandom's darling. Cannot believe it has only like 500 kudos. Fucking hell

Just finished the Cradle series. Kinda shocked these books aren't more popular than they are bc they're just super solid. Not a single bad book out of 12. Incredibly well executed progression fantasy with found family, exciting plot and good jokes?? Helloooo please read it

Somehow being a project lead is easier when working from home. In person i'm like "ummm i dunno what we should do. What do you guys think 🥺" and remotely "this is what needs to happen. I'm doing it and ya'll can just cope"

Project management in an academic setting is actual hell. We're trying to discuss serious things in the project whatsapp and out of the blue this one dude shares smth like "look at this cool anime figure 😃" He's also played anime music at loud volume to everyone at the beginning of teams meetings

Chapter 55 of the Count of Monte Cristo might very well be my favourite chapter so far, and one of the best written dialogues i've ever read. The doublespeak is so delicious. Such intelligent and yet entertaining writing!
