Was not expecting Avowed to be a goty contender for me but man is it a solid RPG!
It's incredibly fun, and I'm digging both the main and side quests.
I'm telling you if this thing had romance it'd be over the top, but even without it, I'm very impressed.

In a post BG3 world I do think that RPG devs are shooting themselves in the foot by not including romance in their titles.
It isn't easy to do, but its undeniable that its a huge part of what made BG3 explode in popularity.
While I don't NEED it to enjoy an RPG, I do enjoy them more if it's there.

So apparently Bluepoint was working on a God of War live service game that was recently cancelled?
And I'm so glad that it was lol, it seems like Sony is learning you can't just put out a dozen live service games that're poorly thought out and hope they all just print money 🤣

If the Switch 2 isn't launching with a Smash title, then I'm immediately uninterested.
I'm not sure why but most of my Nintendo consoles have been relegated to Smash Bros Machines
