Old, retired & now deaf for the last six years. I spend my time doing far too much sports, when I am not working out I'm on the PC, or rather three PCs, Arch for everything. Debian for Home Assistant & Nextcloud and another one for playing with Truenas.
Second session #Hyrox this morning, similar to #CrossFit that I do regularly, but boy does it work my cardio. I love it. Keeping fit even though I'm getting on a bit #fitness #keepingfit
