people need to stop saying "controversial" when they're the only person who disagrees. like you can just say your opinion. you don't have to hallucinate a level of disagreement on the issue for your opinion to be valid.

your body is like your house. you don't just leave everything as it is until the end of time. you make changes to fit your needs. you fix what is broken, or just doesn't work for you. or change something just because you want to. like that's how it should work.
