GODDAM! I was like "no way campbells is $2 here!" (ATL GA) But lo and behold, IT IS (well, some of them). Jaysus.

Made herb laminated ravioli today! Laminated basil and mint into the pasta and filled with duxelles (minced mushrooms). Top are the tools I used, bottom is the laminated pasta and the finished 40 ravioli. I used one batch of pasta with about 6oz of duxelles. Long pasta is the leftover for dinner.

Made a key lime pie. Bought crust but fresh whipped cream!

Didn't expect THIS! Ice, sure, but heavy snow? Nope! We got our gennie ready and have plenty of wine. If the power holds, we'll be juuuust fine. Losing power really pisses me off - a gennie is great, but hot water is BETTER. #snowmageddon2025
