Andy: What am I getting wrong? Me: Your piece ends where it should have begun, and probably should have stayed: the one "belief cluster" you can speak on with authority, namely your own. The farther from there you stray, the weaker your argument gets. You fail to make the case for a "cluster of beliefs" that neatly inverts your own.
