I created and run the 41,000 strong MicromobilityNYC community. I organized many of the marches for congestion pricing in NYC and started the daylighting movement. Our community is doing culture shift and grassroots movement building.
Yeah the same lawyer (who also threatened to sue me) found some gullible clients to run the same scam on Court Street, but didn't manage to get the lawsuit in before they had finished basically the entire lane. The one saving grace is these idiots are really incompetent

No, a handful of MAGA supporters that don't live around here but operate meat trucks and things like that in the area sued to stop the plan while it was being built. Amazingly they found a carbrained judge to help them. Now it's being appealed, but that will take time. It's a mess.

Unfortunately that's a rendering of how it could be. It probably should have channels cut in the curb for drainage too, I forgot about that
