We are going to see a lot of horrible shit I’m the coming months (years?). It’s gonna be easy to become numb to it, accustomed to it even. I don’t want to lose my humanity like that, so I must bear witness to the humanity of the victims. I have to feel the sadness and grieve with and for others.
