I've had the utter joy of getting to know Gillian over the last few days, and to see what a fantastic speaker she is just left me in awe. The parallels between our university campuses were also scarily similar and I'm really looking forward to talking more about this research's potential. #LILAC25

One of my favourite sessions from the entire #LILAC25 conference so far was the brilliantly named Punk Pedagogy. Maria gave us a whistle stop tour through her own practice and discovery of the concept, where punk values are used in learning design, before we had a chance to become a Punk ourselves 🤘🏼

So my first #UKSG2025 has come to an end, and what a 3 days it has been. I have learnt so much (some you will have seen in previous posts), and have met the most wonderful array of people from both the UK and around the world. The sense of community was also such a joy to behold. I am so grateful ❤️

Earlier this morning #UKSG2025 it was fascinating to hear from the E-Content Team @openuniversity.bsky.social about how they support accessibility across their large student body. The importance of collaboration between libraries, publishers and wider academic teams is essential in such a key area.
