Not to brag, but I get to show up to work everyday to help lead the *ridiculously* talented team at the Mayor’s Office of Talent and Appointments who recruit passionate District leaders to serve alongside us, whether in staff positions or on District boards and commissions.
Not bragging, just facts.

If someone is poorly clothed, hungry, and scared, and you tell them, “Bless you. Be warm and filled. Be safe,” without giving them what they need, what good is that? Thoughts and prayers, without action, is useless. Faith by itself, without works, is dead.

Thinking ahead to how voter protection efforts in DC will need to adapt for our June primary, with important District-wide offices on the ballot (Mayor, AG, Council Chair), 6 Council seats, Cong. Delegate, Shadow Senator & Rep, and a chance for a new ranked-choice voting system.
