I'm having odd sleep patterns too, but I think it's one of the many annoying symptoms of hormonal changes for women at this age. I'm often jealous of the guys my age, although I'm sure middle age brings changes for all (and meds too). Great idea to do the writing while you're awake and all is quiet!

@tigerpantss.bsky.social check it out if you haven't already seen it! It's a very heart-warming Los Angeles movie celebrating multiculturalism, but I mostly recommend it for the Thanksgiving with Jewish relatives scene. So realistic I've cried with laughter.
