I've been putting out seeds and other treats for birds at least a couple times a week since I moved in (almost 3 years ago) and what I never expected is the once-skittish white-winged doves who now literally just post up and stare at me until I fill the dish.

Properly photographed my grandma’s acrylic paintings this morning for a project unrelated to Georgia O’Keeffe but very much related to the conditions under which women produce art—in my grandma’s case, with debilitating rhuematoid arthritis in the 1980s, the last full decade of her life. 🌼
