I had a similar experience. My GP told me that I should eat more beetroot as it will stop my brain from swelling, which is the real cause of depression.

When I got home I had to look him up on the GMC website to see if he really did have a medical degree.

Not via technical means, but you might be able to find someone who works for the site on LinkedIn and ask them. The worst they can say is no.

I feel you. I once went for a biopsy for a mystery lung issue and when I walked into the consulting room the doctor had my cat scan up on his screen with the large, easily readable annotation “MALIGNANT MASS, CANCEROUS”.
