You realise that’s because deploying troops without approval of the state is unconstitutional.

What you seem to argue for is that rule of law and the ability to challenge it shouldn’t apply when it’s someone disagreeing with you.

Even if this was true (which it’s not) - to brand anyone a terrorist who disagrees with your interpretation of the law or believes in the rule of law is pretty full fash.
