My daughter had shingles as a teen, and my son (32) got it last year. I got the vaccine as soon as I could!

Or make sure women don't have to go back to work at 2 or 3 or 4 weeks? Ha, ha! Saying breast milk is superior food without providing real support so mothers can succeed is not supporting breastfeeding.

Happy Thanksgiving to you too! Yes, not much glee. But a bunch of us will be with one of my sisters for Thanksgiving, and Nick and I are hosting a leftovers gathering Friday for most of the same crew and a few who can't be there Thursday, including the newest grandbaby in the family!

The KKK was active in Maine in the early 1900s--mainly anti- Catholic and anti-Irish immigrant, from what I know. Years ago my father found some Klan parade photos from the 1920s. One reportedly includes the mayor of Gardiner.
