I succeeded at this last weekend, however I have no idea how I did it so I am sadly no closer to the perfected loaf.
Im knee deep in sourdough hyperfixation at the moment, and I AM improving! But my dream loaf at the moment is soft (and stays soft! I think I cut them too soon, impatient) with a crunchy but not thick crust. And I dont know when I'll get there, but I will!

When you intend to do good work but get so derailed in the morning that you end up spending most of the day extremely distracted and tidying, cleaning and doing anything but work. Oops

I was supposed to have a lamb dish for dinner but it takes 2.5 hours to cook and I forgot until I left for a hike at 6pm. Sooo I foraged some chanterelles and made mushroom pasta instead 🍝 🍽
